Ticket Sale Disclaimer & Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the Sweet concerts, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Details

The event features two live performances by the rock band Sweet across two consecutive days.

  • One-day tickets are valid only for the specific date shown on the ticket.
  • Two-day tickets grant access to both event days and are valid only when used by the same ticket holder.

Access is limited strictly to the date(s) indicated on the ticket.

2. Ticket Validity & Transfer

All tickets are personal and non-transferable. Tickets may not be resold, gifted, exchanged, or transferred to another person under any circumstances.

The organiser reserves the right to request valid photo identification matching the name on the ticket as a condition of entry.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If the event or a specific performance day is cancelled by the organiser:

  • The ticket price excluding booking, processing, or service fees will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • For two-day tickets, refunds will be issued only if both event days are cancelled. Cancellation of a single day does not entitle the ticket holder to a partial refund.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Failure to attend (no-shows)
  • Partial attendance
  • Personal circumstances
  • Schedule or programme changes

4. Event Changes

The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event dates, schedules, performance times, running order, or event content. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

5. Admission & Conduct

Admission is subject to compliance with venue rules and staff instructions. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Age Policy

There are no age restrictions for this event. All attendees must hold a valid ticket, regardless of age. Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times.

7. Photography & Media

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the audience. Such material may be used for promotional or archival purposes without compensation.

8. Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. Neither the organiser nor the venue accepts liability for loss, theft, damage, or personal injury sustained during the event, except where required by law.

9. Force Majeure

The organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. Refunds, if applicable, will follow the cancellation policy above.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
