I have supported Wrexham Football Club all my life.

From the earliest memories of the Busby Babes coming to the Racecourse Ground in a 3rd round FA Cup match in 1957, a year later most were tragically lost in the Munich air crash, to many European Cup Winners Cup matches including another tie against Man Utd in 1992. The Mickey Thomas “Wonder” goal also in 1992 that knocked Arsenal out of the FA Cup. I have witnessed many ups and downs, I have raised funds for the club but quite frankly the latest news that two of Hollywood’s biggest superstars are to invest in Wrexham just makes every fan of the Game of Football want to shout “WTF” !!!So I’ll do my bit by sponsoring matches etc but Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney will hopefully put my Wrexham AFC back where we should be. As one of the oldest Football Clubs still in business, certainly the oldest in Wales, there is history that outweighs achievement so now is the time to put that into perspective. I look forward to the future and the prospect of having a beer with Ryan and Rob in the board room on match days soon
